JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As a VMA, your responsibilities may include but is not limited to the following:

Answering Phone Calls
Appointment Scheduling, Rescheduling and Confirmation
Procedure Scheduling
Handling referrals
Pre-charting
Verifying insurance benefits and eligibility
Prior authorization
Medical Billing
Document Management
Data Entry
Scribing

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for VMAs with the following qualifications:

Must be fluent in English
Has a previous work experience for a US Healthcare account (e.g. calling insurance companies to verify patient's benefits and eligibility, processing prior authorizations, medical billing, live scribing, etc.)
Must own a desktop or laptop
Noise-cancelling headset
Must have a primary and back-up internet provider with reliable speed
Able to work graveyard shift
Has a quite working environment

SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS

Below are the minimum system requirements:

Windows 10 Operating System
At least 8GB RAM
Primary internet provider must have an internet speed of at least 20 mbps
Must have a back-up internet provider with at least 10 mbps internet speed
